Dogman invests in enhanced eCommerce experience with giosg on three markets

May 13, 2024. Giosg, the leading SaaS company that combines conversational AI and interactive website content for marketing, online sales and customer experience, can today announce that they have entered a collaboration with Dogman, one of the largest suppliers of pet products in the Nordics. 

Dogman is the retail pet supplier with over 50 years of experience in the industry. The company offers pet owners a wide, deep and safe range for products. Dogman has several of their own brands as well as physical stores, e-commerce and wholesale operations.

Under the Dogman Group are brands such as Jacson, Shiro&Malou, Harmony and Dogman, which is one of the Nordic countries' largest suppliers of pet products. Through its Dogman&Friends store concept in addition to many large and well-known brands, it also offers a variety of services. Dogman is today present in several countries in the Nordics and Europe.

With extensive website traffic at a growing pace, Dogman has chosen to invest in new technology and automated processes on their website. The technology behind it is called Interaction Builder, which will be implemented by giosg and utilized on three market domains. With Interaction Builder, Dogman has launched a Service Bot to guide their website visitors in a smarter, more efficient way online.

Dogmans’ primary goal is to be able to reduce time for their customer service team and at the same time help customers find the right answers to their questions and the right information. The service bot will provide responses for the most frequently asked questions like; delivery times, products, campaigns, etc.
